Citybake began during the lockdown, when Chef Pramila, a left-handed baker with a deep love for desserts, decided to follow her passion professionally. She trained at a reputed baking institute during this time, building on her earlier experience in corporate catering to launch her own dessert studio in Thane.
At Citybake, we do things differently — every product is 100% eggless cake , made fresh in small batches, and crafted without premixes or shortcuts. Our menu includes custom cakes, gooey brownies, cookies, cheesecakes, and healthy options like gluten-free and sugar-free desserts.
